Describe the task, the area, the expected time and the evidence required. Agree scope and payment before work starts. Budgets in this beta are indicative; HumansNeeded does not hold funds, provide escrow or send payouts.
Consent belongs in every mission.
Ask before entering private property or photographing people. Follow the rules of the venue. Do not request surveillance, tracking of private individuals, covert recording or private personal information.
Never ask for someone’s identity.
No KYC bypasses, borrowed accounts, passwords, seed phrases, one-time codes, impersonation or financial account verification. Site checks are about places and products, not another person’s credentials.
Keep the work safe and honest.
Use qualified professionals, approved plans, required permits and appropriate equipment for construction and skilled trades. AI-generated plans need professional review before execution. No illegal or dangerous tasks, fake reviews, harassment, deceptive endorsements or prohibited goods. Human participation is voluntary; do not start work you cannot safely complete.
Show the work. Protect the person.
Only upload images you are allowed to share. Delivery evidence is visible to the owner and assigned human. Public briefs and profiles should never include home addresses or sensitive details.
Understand what a status means.
A submitted image is evidence supplied by a participant, not an independent guarantee of authenticity. Completed means the task owner approved all milestones; it does not mean a payment was processed. A reward request records a claim against an approved milestone, and the task owner arranges payment separately.
Start with a conversation.
If the result misses the agreed brief, the owner can request a revision. This beta has no independent arbitration or guaranteed compensation scheme. Resolve scope and payment disagreements directly before continuing.
